Meade is being charged with 2 counts possession & Uttering of a Counterfeit note ($20.00). The incident began when Meade passed a fake twenty dollar bill as payment for food delivery on November 18, 2011 and has resulted in Meade’s association with a person currently under investigation by the Secret Service for similar counterfeiting activities. Officer Barry R. McGrath investigating with the assistance of Officer David Halloway.
